Does the document language depend on the website language?
No. You can browse the website in French and buy an English document, or use the website in English and choose a French file.
What is included with the French + English option?
You receive two separate files, one French PDF and one English PDF, bundled in a ZIP file when needed.
Which currencies are available?
Prices can be displayed and paid in Canadian dollars, US dollars, or euros. The currency selector is independent from the language.
Which formats are available?
A4 portrait, A4 landscape, US Letter portrait, and US Letter landscape.
How does customization work?
Choose the time of day, a professional visual template, the activities, name, language, format, and colours, then generate the PDF.
Where can I find my purchased files?
After the order is confirmed, files are available from the order and under My account → My downloads.
